Villa Las Rocas is in fact, two units with separate entrances, upper and lower, that may be rented individually or together.

Arriba La Rocas is a one bedroom/one bath house, sleeping two (in either one king-size or two single beds) in the spacious bedroom with room for 2 more on the queen size murphy bed in the indoor salon.  Shaded with an adjustable awning when necessary, the seating/dining area is under roof but open to the ocean breezes.
